Subpoena Domestication under UIDDA
Washington adopted the Uniform Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act (UIDDA). Under this act, out-of-state litigation documents must be correctly prepared, domestic case paperwork generated, and filed with the Washington Superior Court Clerk where discovery is to occur.
Our $500 Domestication Package includes:
- Preparation of domestic Washington case filing coversheets and required state clerk forms.
- Physical or electronic filing at the county clerk to secure the issued Washington subpoena.
- Proof of service preparation and filing with the local court.
