Uniform Interstate Depositions Act
Subpoena Domestication
Domesticating and serving out-of-state subpoenas on Washington residents or corporations.
Washington UIDDA Domestication Package
Under Washington's Uniform Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act (UIDDA - RCW 5.51), out-of-state litigants can secure deposition testimony or document production from a Washington witness. However, an out-of-state subpoena is not directly enforceable in Washington. It must first be presented to a Washington Superior Court clerk to issue a local Washington subpoena.
We provide a complete $500 Flat-Rate Domestication Package to manage this process from start to finish.
